These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the td22 platform ("Platform" or "Site") ("td22", "we", "us") and any registered user of the platform ("User", "you").

• Take responsibility for all activity carried out through your own account.

td22 supports transactions through the most widely used mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Users must use a payment account registered in their own name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

td22 will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the user.

td22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions. A summary of the general bonus policy is provided below:

• Bonuses apply only to the user in whose name the account is registered.
• Claiming a bonus on more than one account from the same household, address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirements may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• td22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

td22 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using any software, bot, automation tool, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting bonus or promotional systems dishonestly ("bonus abuse").
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of the same promotion.
• Colluding or entering into arrangements to influence game outcomes.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.

If td22 detects any irregular activity, td22 reserves the right to suspend the relevant user's account during the investigation period and, where applicable, to take legal action.

td22 operates a VIP program for its regular users, divided into five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier level increases through regular gaming activity. td22 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time and will endeavour to notify users of any changes.

• Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances ("force majeure") such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government restrictions.

td22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Provision of false or incorrect identity information.
• Failure to cooperate with the age verification process.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned by the designated method.
